Dec. 16

3 a.m.- Winston Rayce Wolf, 23, rural Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of State Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released at 2:46 p.m. after pleading guilty.

5:59 a.m.- Zachary Mathias Halverson, 18, Urbandale, charged at the Garwin City Park with possession of alcohol under the legal age - 1st offense by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

11:30 a.m.- Savannah Smyles Joy, 33, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on charges of child endangerment - no injury, simple domestic abuse assault and two warrens by Toledo police. Released on Dec. 17 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 18

7:45 a.m.- Annette Yvonne Sexton, 44, Waterloo, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, Tama, on charges of driving under suspension and speeding by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 10:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Dec. 19

4:58 p.m.- Rico Mark Harms, 49, Tama, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, Tama, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 20 at 10:15 a.m.

Dec. 21

9:05 a.m.- Seth Kolten Daniel, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive, Toledo, on charges of possession of a controlled substance in a structure or vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

Released ta 3:10 p.m. on surety bond.

9:10 a.m.- Christopher Steven Davis Sr., 37, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released at 3:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.
